Four offices covering four judicial circuits across South Carolina. Which one handles your case depends on the county you were charged in, not the one you live in Start with the office below that matches your court.
Greenville & the Upstate
Our Greenville office covers the county seat and the towns around it, from the Main Street and West End bar district downtown out to the I-85 and I-385 corridors. Because Greenville and Pickens counties share the 13th Circuit, the same solicitor's office prosecutes cases on both sides of the line.
Columbia & the Midlands
Our Columbia office works the capital and the communities ringing it, including the University of South Carolina and the Five Points and Vista districts next to campus. Columbia is also where federal court sits, so cases here can end up in either system depending on the charge.

Anderson & Oconee
Our Anderson office handles both counties in the 10th Circuit, including Clemson and the Lake Hartwell shoreline. Two patterns dominate here: boating-under-the-influence charges through the warm months, and drug and weapons cases coming out of interdiction stops on I-85.

Our Beaufort office covers the widest circuit we practice in, from the historic district and Port Royal out to Hilton Head and the counties inland. Three things shape the caseload here: the military presence around Parris Island, charges on the water, and the number of people charged in a county they do not live in.
