Bradley Young is an experienced litigator at Touma Law Group, where he focuses on criminal defense and administrative law. With more than a decade of diverse legal and leadership experience, Bradley provides strategic and effective representation to clients facing serious criminal charges and administrative proceedings.
As a former criminal prosecutor, he has managed hundreds of cases and tried dozens of jury trials, concentrating on drug offenses, DUI, and financial crimes. This hands-on courtroom experience gives him a deep understanding of how cases are built and prosecuted. He now uses this invaluable insight to defend his clients effectively.
Bradley later served as an attorney for the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy, responsible for the legal training of all law enforcement in the state. There, he also presided as an administrative hearing officer in officer certification and misconduct cases.
In addition to his civilian experience, Bradley serves as a Judge Advocate in the Army National Guard. His experience as a military lawyer includes deployments to combat zones where he served in high-pressure environments in the harshest of conditions.
This extensive background in high-stakes legal practice has honed Bradley’s ability to think clearly and perform effectively under pressure, allowing him to deliver confident, well-prepared, and composed representation in both criminal and administrative law. He looks forward to serve the Columbia and Midlands area and proudly represents the Touma Law Group.
