Quién es Christian Capps leads the Greenville office of Touma Law Group as a dedicated legal advocate. Drawing on his experience as a former Assistant Solicitor in Greenville County, he has actively handled thousands of warrants and numerous trials, giving him unique insight into the court system.

A South Carolina Army National Guard officer, Christian brings a soldier's dedication to ensuring justice prevails for all in the Upstate legal community.

Christian leads the Greenville office at Touma Law Group. Born in Durham, North Carolina, Christian moved to Easley, South Carolina at a young age. He attended The Citadel, Military College of South Carolina, and graduated in 2014. Upon graduating, Christian Commissioned as an officer in the South Carolina Army National Guard, where he continues to serve with 12 years of military experience.  He has completed over 16 state priority missions, including responding to Washington, DC on two separate occasions and a deployment to Djibouti, Africa.  

Christian attended the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2019.  While attending law school, Christian had the opportunity to serve as the technology editor for the American Bar Association: Real Property, Trusts & Estates Law Journal, The Parliamentarian for the Student BAR Association, and the President of the Health Law Society. In addition, Christian’s article, Modern Day Meals on Wheels: The Food Truck Surge, was published in the S.C. Lawyer magazine in September 2018. Christian is licensed to practice law in both North Carolina and South Carolina.

Christian has served as an Assistant Solicitor in both Greenwood and Greenville County, handling thousands of warrants as the prosecuting attorney.  While he has handled numerous types of cases, Christian has extensive experience in DUI/traffic charges and domestic violence charges, having served in the Greenville Vehicular Crimes Unit, the Domestic Violence Unit, and working as the sole traffic crimes attorney for Greenwood County. Christian has prepared and completed numerous trials during his time as a prosecuting attorney.

Both as a soldier and an attorney, Christian has a deep-rooted desire to serve the public, and his strong morality and work ethic combine to make him a dedicated advocate with a passion for zealous advocacy on behalf of his clients.   

Outside of his professional career, Christian is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with his family. He enjoys nothing more than spending time with his wife, daughter, and two dogs.
